Return policy

​Majanga will only accept returns in the following cases:

• Skin reaction,

• Allergies,

• Defective products,

Consumer returns:
In the case of a refund, we will proceed at the time of the return of the goods.
When purchasing, it is important to choose your products wisely and to verify them before proceeding with payment. No returns will be made for subjective dissatisfactions. Here are some examples: the appreciation of the smell of the products, the appreciation of the taste of the products, a change of mind, a bad choice of color etc. However, if you experience a skin reaction, please contact us. All products returned by a consumer to MAJANGA must be reported and approved by MAJANGA. The consumer must provide proof of purchase (invoice and/or confirmation email).
Returns Allergies
The consumer has 30 days to return the product if it causes an allergy.
Returns of defective products
In case of defective products during the online purchase: The consumer must provide proof of purchase. No refund possible, we proceed to the exchange only.

Products damaged during transport
Products damaged in transit between our company and the customer: upon receipt, the customer must call customer service within 48 hours to report the damaged product. The customer service will give him instructions to correct the situation (the customer must keep a copy of the delivery note as proof). Any damage to products after receipt is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Other cases:
MAJANGA does not assume any responsibility for any damage resulting from the misuse and/or conservation of the products, before the expiration date. A small pictogram representing an open jar, accompanied by a number and the letter "M" (for "month") is usually found on the products. This symbol indicates the shelf life: for example, "3M" means that the product can be kept for 3 months from the date of opening. However, these are benchmarks. Products may have a shorter shelf life than estimated, especially if not stored or used properly.
